Packages Limited is currently looking for candidates for the position of ‘HEAD OF SALES- CONSUMER DIVISION‘
Minimum 10 years in FMCG industry.
This position leads and controls Retail Sales department at Consumer Division. Develops and implements annual sales plans aligned with approved divisional strategy; Oversees distribution management and monitors overall retail sales operations and implements necessary controls; Directs RSF, trade marketing plans, key account plans and maintains a detailed view of overall market situation; Ensures effective implementation of monthly sales plan and execution as per finalized sales and growth number; Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholder; Trains and develops sales team.
These responsibilities are carried out WITH the objective to successfully achieve allocated sales targets, optimizes sales operations, expand sales coverage, contribute in business continuity, optimize distribution channels WITHIN the limits of organization’s Vision and Strategy, policies and procedures, Sales targets, EBIT and growth targets, KPIs, departmental objectives and directions/guidelines from Head of Consumer Division.
