Position: Manager Pre-Sales Cloud Services
Location: Lahore & Karachi

Job Summary:

To provide customer facing technical pre-sales and solution architecture support for sales opportunities within the Cloud and Hosting Services business. Additionally to provide in-life architectural support ownership for customers. Accountable for designing and validating solution design and bid support for all sizes of opportunity.

Regular duties

Pre-sales and solution architect engagements, technically qualify cloud and hosting opportunities, align opportunity to product and services portfolio and define design resourcing estimates;
Engage with customer to develop, understand & document customer requirements. Understand the customer’s business requirements and drivers and create compelling proposal
Produce customer specific solution documentation for proposals and orders on opportunities ranging from the fairly straightforward to more complex designs;

Core Competencies/Knowledge

Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
Knowledge of Competitive Market Products & Technologies
Ability to address, persuade and interact with senior and executive level positions as well as all levels of system end-users, with a track record in identifying, influencing and negotiating with key decision makers;
Strong infrastructure design experience with knowledge in all or some of the following areas of expertise: X86 Server, OS (Microsoft/Linux), Virtualization (VMware), Storage, LAN design, 3rd party cloud platforms (Soft Layer, AWS, Azure) and security (Firewalling, IPS/IDS, Log/Threat, SIEM AV). Proven track record of delivering successful IT architecture designs;
Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to produce quality documentation for high level design work

Candidate Qualification:

BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech or Equivalent
A Certification in virtualization, security, cloud related discipline advantageous.

Candidate Experience:

3+ years of experience in major IT Integration / User Interaction projects involving the whole business process
Experience in building and migrating applications, software and services on cloud platform.
Experience of operating in an ITIL environment, with a good understanding of general business principles and practices to include an understanding of business economics, customer markets and operating environments;
Proven experience in designing solutions incorporating bare metal and virtualized infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions

Location: Islamabad (Only local Candidates Apply)

Job Summary:

Project Lead for efforts of significant scope and impact. Ability to work independently communicates effectively with team members and provides leadership, a key to success, Will manage to participate with IT management in the development of technology products, service standards and other efforts that impact operations. As a single point of contact between business operations and IT management to liaison, negotiate, resolve problems, and develop relationships at all levels of the organization as with outside vendors and contractors.

Regular duties

Develop and manage IT project plans from beginning to end
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Meet with and receive feedback from project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Track project milestones and deliverables
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify issues, and devise plans
Provide support and detailed direction with respect to cloud implementation, monitoring, initialization, maintenance, reporting, etc.
Support the development, delivery, implementation, and maintenance of cloud based projects.
Experience with Certification and Accreditation (C&A), integration, operational training, deployment, transition, and maintenance of systems and services delivered to the Enterprise.
Candidate Qualification:
Master Degree with industry experience, significant customer experience will be considered in lieu of degree
Candidate Experience:
2+ years of project management experience successfully delivering projects on-time, within budget, and in scope
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments and levels
Knowledge of cloud development cycle, to include planning, project management, requirements development, delivery, and testing.
Onboarding, status updates and any other necessary support documentation
Basic understanding of Cloud architecture, engineering and/or technologies
