🚀 We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – Settlement, Reconciliation, Chargebacks & POS Acquiring
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to lead and oversee key payment operations, including:
🔹 Merchant settlement & payouts
🔹 Daily transaction reconciliation
🔹 Chargebacks & dispute management
🔹 POS acquiring operations
🔹 Refunds, reversals & exception handling
🔹 MIS, reporting & operational controls
🔹 Coordination with banks, processors, merchants, schemes & internal teams
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Payments, Banking, Fintech, POS Acquiring, Settlement, Reconciliation or Chargebacks
- Strong knowledge of payment transaction lifecycle and merchant settlement
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
- Understanding of risk, controls, compliance and audit requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or related field; ACCA/CA/CIMA/MBA is a plus
