HEAD OF LEGAL

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the OLP financial services’ interest and to be the main point of contact while dealing/representing legal matters.
• Lead legal processes, including drafting, negotiations, and settlements.
• Provide legal guidance on transactions, risk management, and compliance.
• Review financing agreements, contracts, and litigation matters.
• Negotiate complex deals, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Mentor legal staff and collaborate with external partners.
• Support inter-departments teams in legal matters.
• Respond to regulatory notices and mitigate litigation risks.

Academic History

• LLB required, or LLM from a reputable institution.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in legal advisory roles, preferably in a listed company or large-scale organization with expertise in SECP & SBP regulations.
