In line with its strategy, the Bank seeks talented, dedicated, and experienced professionals for positions in Human Resource Management. Qualified individuals meeting the basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:

Position 01: Senior HR Business Partner (VP / SVP)



Reporting to: Lead HR Business Partner
Location: Multan

Educational / Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college.
  • Candidates with a Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in HR or Public Administration and/or certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, etc., are preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to working in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles.
  • Experience in financial services is preferred.

Skills / Expertise Required:

  • Demonstrated success in all Human Resource and functional areas in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on experience in planning, developing, and executing HR projects.
  • Strong management and communication skills, with leadership abilities.
  • Good understanding of business, financial acumen, and coaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic and operational HR matters in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead initiatives in areas like employee relations, talent management, and policy implementation.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisals.
  • Conduct awareness sessions, resolve employee issues, and support talent development.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure HR strategies support overall business goals.

Position 02: HR Business Partner (OG-I / AVP)

Reporting to: Senior HR Business Partner
Location: Karachi

Educational / Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college.
  • Candidates with a Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in HR or Public Administration and/or certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, etc., are preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in financial services is preferred.

Skills / Expertise Required:

  • Experience in planning, developing, and executing HR projects.
  • Well-developed relationship management, strong communication, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Knowledge of business, financial acumen, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing HR services and support divisions in various HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate with groups to implement HR activities, like performance management and talent acquisition.
  • Provide solutions to HR queries, bridge communication between management and employees.
  • Facilitate workforce and headcount planning as per organizational needs.

Position 03: Manager โ€“ Talent Acquisition (OG-I / AVP)

Reporting to: Unit Head โ€“ Talent Acquisition
Location: Karachi

Educational / Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college.
  • Candidates with a Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in HR or Public Administration and/or relevant certifications are preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least two years in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in financial services is preferred.

Skills / Expertise Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR Information Systems, and SAP knowledge.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the talent acquisition process, including job creation, candidate sourcing, and recruitment.
  • Maintain MIS of profiles, oversee internal job postings, and facilitate stakeholder communication.
  • Perform pre-hiring checks, analyze recruitment data, and ensure compliance with policies.

Additional Information

Assessment Test / Interview:

  • Only shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be invited for an assessment test and/or panel interview.

Employment Type:

  • Employment is on a contractual basis for three years, with potential extensions based on performance.
  • Selected candidates will receive a competitive compensation package as per the Bankโ€™s policy.
