M&P Express Logistics Pvt Ltd Jobs HR & Admin Executive:Urgently looking for HR & Admin Executive (Multan) at M&P Express Logistics for our Regional Office in Multan.
Min Qualification: B.Com/ BBA/ MBA HR
Min Exp: 3-4 years of Admin and HR Exp
Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage, scrutinize and validation of overall attendance record of relvant area(s).
- Maintain Leave records of all staff and share with HR Head Office on regular basis monthly. Reporting/intimation to Head Office within 24 hours through email with regard to any contingency (Hospitalization/death claim etc)
- Maintaining record of registered staff for Group Health & Life Insurance
- Prepare monthly attendance record for payroll processing. Validation, reconciliation of monthly data with the existing database
- Checking, screening of new hires documents. Ensuring 100% compliance of policies and procedure
- Transfers, re-designation, promotions cases discussed with Line Managers/ HOD and proceed to HR Head Office for approvals.
- Keep up to date database of staff
- Processing of TA/DA vouchers, resignation, exit cases
- Handling all issues pertaining to Govt Agencies of relevant areas, Coordinate and record keeping of PESSI, EOBI
