EDUCATION
- BBA or MBA
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of experience in relevant role
SKILLS
- Must be able to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and be approachable
- Must have a diverse range of skills, including communication, relationship building, decision-making, teamwork, training, strategic thinking, multitasking
- Using HR Information Systems (HRIS) & ERP
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes
LOCATION
- Karachi
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, & hiring of qualified candidates
- Handle employee relations, addressing issues & concerns in a timely & professional manner
- Manage the exit process for departing employees, ensuring compliance with company policies & legal requirements till the final settlement
- Ensure compliance with the labor laws & regulations with complete maintenance of the documentation records
- Manage & process EOBI payments, ensuring accuracy & timeliness
- Assist in the development & implementation of HR policies & procedures
