SITUATIONS VACANT: Applications are invited from suitable candidates (Male & Female) for the following posts on a regular basis:

1. Stenotypist (BS-14)

• Domicile:
  • 1 Position: Punjab (General)
  • 1 Position: Punjab (Women)
  • 1 Position: Baluchistan (General)
• Number of Posts: 03
• Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience:
  Intermediate with a minimum speed of 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in Typing. Must be computer literate.
• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years

2. LDC (BS-11)

• Domicile: 1 – Merit
• Number of Posts: 01
• Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience:
  Matric with a typing speed of 30 w.p.m. Must be computer literate. In case of selection, a 03-weeks basic IT training course, including MS-Office, conducted by NITB should be completed within one (01) year.
• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years

1. Complete bio data on the prescribed Performa along with one recent passport-size photograph should reach the undersigned within fifteen (15) days of the date of the publication of the advertisement.
2. Testimonials will be provided by the selected candidates at the time of the interview.
3. Persons already in Government service should apply through the proper channel.
4. General Age Relaxation is admissible as per the rules of the Government of Pakistan.
5. The name of the post for which applied should be mentioned at the top right of the envelope.
6. Incomplete applications or those received after the expiry date will not be entertained.
7. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
