Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations, and Coordination invites applications from eligible candidates for the “Prime Minister’s Programme for the Elimination of Hepatitis C infection in Pakistan”. The candidates should possess relevant qualifications and experience. The positions are offered on a contract basis for a duration of 3 years, on Pay Package Scale (PPS), and will be based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Project Director (PPS 10)
- No of Posts: 01
- Minimum Age Limit: 45 years (+05 years general age relaxation) = 50 years
- Qualification & Experience: MBBS/Master’s in Public Health with 7 years of post-qualification experience in Project management. Experience in health-related PSDP projects will be given preference.
Project Manager (PPS 9)
- No of Posts: 01
- Minimum Age Limit: 40 years (+05 years general age relaxation) = 45 years
- Qualification & Experience: Master in Public Health with 5 years post-qualification experience in Project Management. Experience in PSDP projects is desirable.
Finance Manager (PPS 8)
- No of Posts: 01
- Minimum Age Limit: 35 years (+05 years general age relaxation) = 40 years
- Qualification & Experience: MBA in Finance with 5 years of post-qualification experience in finances, especially financial management of PSDP projects. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.
Communication Officer (PPS 7)
- No of Posts: 01
- Minimum Age Limit: 30 years (+05 years general age relaxation) = 30 years
- Qualification & Experience: Master’s in Mass Communication with 3 years of working experience.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (PPS 7)
- No of Posts: 01
- Minimum Age Limit: 30 years (+05 years general age relaxation) = 35 years
- Qualification & Experience: Master in Social Sciences with 5 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation or projects. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in PSDP projects.
Data Assistant (PPS 7)
- No of Posts: 02
- Minimum Age Limit: 30 years (+05 years general age relaxation) = 35 years
- Qualification & Experience: Master’s in Statistics/MIS with 5 years of post-qualification experience in data analysis and data management. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in PSDP projects.
Training Officer (PPS 7)
- No of Posts: 01
- Minimum Age Limit: 30 years (+05 years general age relaxation) = 35 years
- Qualification & Experience: Master’s in Public Health with experience in event organizing/trainings health-related activities.
Office Assistant (PPS 5)
- No of Posts: 01
- Minimum Age Limit: 28 years (+05 years general age relaxation) = 33 years
- Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of working experience as an office assistant, preferably in PSDP projects.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Candidates who have relevant qualifications and experience may submit applications with attested photocopies of academic documents, experience certificates, CNIC, Domicile Certificate, and one passport-size photograph to Dr. Maryam Sarfraz, Director Programs (Project Director for PM’s Program on Elimination of Hepatitis C infection in Pakistan) at the Third Floor, Ministry of National Health Services, Regulation & Coordination (NHSR&C), Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.
Candidates already working in Government Departments should apply through the proper channel with NOC from their departments; otherwise, their applications will not be considered.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
