We are looking for energetic and motivated professional as HR Specialist/Generalist for our head office in Lahore.

Who will be responsible for:

  1. Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes while taking initiatives to imporve training & developments
  2. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve issues.
  3. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  4. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  5. Undertake tasks around performance management.
  6. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  7. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  8. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  9. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
  10. Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Must be Bachelor/ Masters with major in HRM and have relevant 2-3 years experience.

Preference will be given to those who are living nearby and can join on immediate basis.
