Job Title: ARCHITECT

Location: DHA, LAHORE

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled architect with a creative mindset and a strong understanding of construction practices. As an architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and planning a diverse range of projects. Your ability to combine aesthetics, functionality, and practicality will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and goals.
• Develop innovative design concepts that align with project objectives and client preferences.
• Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to specifications.
• Research and recommend sustainable and efficient building materials and techniques.
• Provide creative solutions to design challenges while considering budget and timeline constraints.
• Participate in client presentations and communicate design concepts effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 4 to 5years of experience working as an architect in a construction or architectural firm.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and building systems.
• Excellent knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail in design.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
