About the Organization

Métier Pharma serves as a strategic marketing and sales partner of Brookes Pharma, focusing on building and institutionalizing prescription-led brands in the Pakistan pharmaceutical market. Their portfolio includes therapeutic domains such as:

Antiseptics, Gastroenterology, and Pain Management.
Dermatology, Wound Management, and Antibiotics.
Neuro-Psychiatry, Pulmonology, and Anesthesia.
Key brands include Pyodine, Hepa Merz, Acuron, Contractubex, and Oxoferin.

The Role

The CCO is responsible for leading the end-to-end prescription growth agenda across a diversified portfolio. This includes defining commercial strategy, strengthening prescriber engagement, leading new product launches, and ensuring high-quality execution across field operations.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 20+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical prescription sales and marketing.
Leadership: Proven exposure across multiple therapeutic areas.
Expertise: Strong grounding in brand management, therapy marketing, and prescriber behavior.
Compliance: Experience in handling regulated and high-compliance product categories is a significant advantage.
Skills: Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline, financial acumen, and the ability to scale organizations and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to the entire commercial organization, including sales and marketing teams.
Drive brand strategy, lifecycle management, and successful new product launches.
Strengthen engagement with specialists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Translate medical insights and market intelligence into actionable commercial strategies.
Own prescription business planning, forecasting, and performance delivery.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, ethical, and compliance standards.
Develop and mentor future-ready commercial leadership.
