Positions: Department Head Debit Cards
Job Purpose:
To provide product and process support towards Debit Card Issuance and profitability via effective strategy, team management, new product additions & technology enhancement to achieve overall Digital Banking goals.
Job Description:
- Achieve fee income by identifying new sources of fee income, pricing and reducing fee leakage and Build cost discipline
- Launch new variants of Debit Card to cover various customer segments
- Increase Debit Cards activation and achieve budgeted CIF portfolio
- Build a model for achieving budget numbers of Issuance
- Review Debit Card processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Implement value added initiatives to improve service standards and customer service
- Work with all functions of the bank to deliver end-to-end customer experience on the debit card business
- Provide multiple channels to the customer for Debit Card activation
- Audit, compliance and risk assessment ongoing basis
- Maintain a strict vigilance to ensure no control breach takes place
- Develop, engage & succession planning
Location: Karachi & Lahore
Education: Masters/MBA Degree
Experience: 9 – 10 years of banking experience
