Position : Assistant Key Accounts Manager
Are you passionate about agriculture? We’re seeking a dynamic Assistant Key Account Manager to drive sales and manage key accounts for Rhodes Grass, Alfalfa, and Specialty Fertilizers at Sughar Mills.
Role Overview:
As the Assistant Key Account Manager:
- Grow corporate sales and manage Key Account Farmers for Rhodes Grass, Alfalfa, and Specialty Fertilizers in the Sughar Mills.
- Build and strengthen farmer networks and relationships, ensuring effective farmer management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and identify emerging sales opportunities.
- Lead corporate clients and key account farmers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate partners, and stakeholders.
- Optimize corporate and key account management to maximize growth and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in managing Rhodes Grass, Alfalfa, and Specialty Fertilizers for Sughar Mills or similar sectors.
- Strong customer management skills and a focus on fostering long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and internal coordination.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Agriculture
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in agricultural sales, especially in the fodder crop and fertilizer sectors.
- Experience with corporate accounts and key account management is preferred.
Location:
- Sargodha / North Punjab
