HR INTERN REQUIRED:

The individual must be a Fresh Graduate from a reputable University with Majors in HR studies, this individual shall help administer HR services and interact closely with HR Management.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute recruitment cycles, actively participating from gathering resumes, participating in shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and maintaining interview and candidate profile records.
· Assist Senior members in maintaining up-to-date information in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
· Assist in converting manual personnel records to electronic format and updating E-profiles of existing and new staff.
· Assist in conducting Orientation Sessions of new employees as well as Training Sessions.
· Be the helpful, welcoming, and positive face of the Organization for all employees.
· Act as a Power User of the system, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of records.
· Assist in the overall functions of HR in accordance with departmental SOPs.
