Position: Assistant Manager Strategy & Support Performance
Job Purpose:
The position serves as a critical link between the Business Operations team and broader departmental objectives, with a focus on supporting business forecasting, budget planning, and performance evaluation. By leveraging data-driven insights and collaboration with key stakeholders, the role ensures accurate projections, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations that drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency. Additionally, the position plays a vital role in enhancing analytical capabilities, developing performance metrics, and contributing to strategic initiatives for continuous business improvement.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Master’s degree is a plus.
