Experience: 2 – 4 Years in relevant role
Skills : Must have good Urdu language and typing skills / good English language and typing skills / Should know use of Urdu typing software’s such as In-Page
Job Duties:
- Drafting contracts, agreements as and when requested by different departments.
- Review and vetting of contracts, agreements etc. forwarded to me from departments and handling their queries.
- Visiting SECP’s website and downloading updated circulars, regulations etc. (if any) and forwarding them to relevant departments and users (if required).
- Maintaining a log of regulatory compliance and follow-up with relevant department to ensure they comply with them.
- Going through super-news on daily basis, to review them, and to forward relevant circulars, news, information etc. to relevant departments and users (if required).

Skills Requirement: Effective communication skills with a pleasant personality/Efficient coordination & convincing skills/Efficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills/Ability to make decisions/Should have excellent MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point skills.
Job Duties:
- Preparation and Circulation of Daily Business Report to the Management
- Prepare and Circulate Daily MIS to the Bank and sales staff
- Prepare JONX file (deduction file) for required system generated premiums
- To ensure effective coordination with the concerned Bank / Sales staff for timely arranging the required renewals within the grace period
- Prepare weekly persistency reports, agent wise / region wise / bank wise and timely update the same to all sales staff and senior management.
- To ensure effective coordination with the bank for timely deduction of renewals.
- Prepare bank commissions and sales & marketing incentive
