JS Investments is looking to hire an ‘Assistant Manager Finance’ in our Finance Department.

Job Responsibilities will include:

Prepare the Company’s financial results on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
Ensure that the regulatory reports are submitted accurately and within the stipulated time frame.
Prepare bank reconciliations and reports on Related Party Transactions.
Extend necessary support in compiling the data received from different departments for the annual budget exercise and present it in a clear and concise manner.
Execute the Fixed Asset Management exercise.
Extend necessary support to the external auditors and ensure that the report is finalized within the stipulated time frame.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:

Excellent numeracy skills with attention to detail and ability to analyze and present complex data
Command on MS Excel (specifically, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts)
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of accounting best practices and regulations

Education: ACCA / ACMA / Bachelors in Accounting & Finance from a reputed University

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

JS Investments is looking for a young and enthusiastic individual for its Fixed Income Fund Management Unit.

Job Responsibilities:

To deliver positive risk-adjusted returns to investors by effectively performing relevant fiduciary responsibilities.
To analyze the overall macroeconomic variables that may affect the performance of fixed income funds.
To determine optimal asset allocation and security selection keeping in mind the relevant fund’s performance objective, benchmark, relevant constraints, and risk profile.
Maintain a good professional relationship with the banks to secure a better deposit rate across all funds of JSIL.
Timely respond to the inquiries of the Regulators, and ensure compliance at all times.
To perform credit evaluation of securities periodically to monitor/control the overall Credit Risk of the portfolio.

Education: Preferably Bachelors with CFA qualification.

Experience: Fresh or with one year of relevant experience within the specific domain of Fixed Income.
