Ufone Jobs 13 May 2016: Ufone:Â This position plays a very important role in proactively monitoring all IT related services using different monitoring tools for IT facets. This position will monitor Operations of CRM/VAS applications, troubleshoot applications related problems, coordinating with end users, provide Level 1&2 support and engage in production rollout in such an optimized way that will benefit business to get timely and optimized resolution of problem.
- Daily Operational Support of CRM-VAS Applications WCMS Tickets resolutions from Business Units to maintain agreed SLA with in TAT. Unica Campaign/Interact Management monitoring
- Middleware platform (Broker and BPM Monitoring and Operations), deployment of middleware build and testing of newly deployed builds. Implement Operational Plan and strategies
- Monitoring of all the long running and short running processes of middleware through business activity monitoring and issue resolution on Level 1 to support business.
- Automation of all the Operational day to day
- Ensure Audit compliance through the implementation of controls as per policies. SOPs development, evidences are to preserve for audit compliance.
- Raise changes to development team to incorporate in CRM echo systems as per business requirement. Deployment of new builds from IT-Software development team related to CRM

- Knowledge of Database Technologies, fluent in SQL and Shell Programming
