Hiring of Individual Consultants for UNFPA Country Programme Evaluation The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Pakistan Country Office is looking for two consultants to conduct an independent Country Programme Evaluation of its 8th (2013-2017) Country Programme ofAssistance to the Government of Pakistan.
The evaluation will serve three main purposes: (i) demonstrate accountability to stakeholders on performance in achieving development results and on invested resources; (ii) support evidence-based decision-making and provide key inputs for the development of the next Country Programme; (iii) contribute important lessons learned to the existing knowledge base on how to accelerate implementation of the Programme of Action of the International Conference on Population and Development Beyond 2015 (ICPDb2015) and the Sustainable Development Goals. The two consultants should have the following attributes:
One of the experts will also serve as a team leader for the evaluation depending on her/his experience in leading similar evaluations.
