Minimum Education: University degree in the field of Computer/Telecom Engineering

Job Description:

Responsible for managing development team to deliver IT solutions
Lead strategic planning by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development and deployment
Establish and supervise the software development process, setting short-term objectives and assessing progress as defined by the selected software development methodology
Conduct code reviews and specification conformance testing as defined by the selected software development methodology
Monitor application performance and review any application failures in staging or production
Develop, track, and control the development and deployment
Identify technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support or impede the success of the application

Key Skills:

Ability to discern user requirements and develop specifications
Solid technical, architectural & design experience and strong expertise in databases
3 – 4 years’ experience as a project technical lead or in a similar role with 2 years’ experience of managing apps development
Hands on experience in Mobile Apps development (Android), PHP web services and API development
Experience in Continuous Integration (Jenkin), Unit Tests and Test Driven Development is required
Proven leadership skills and strong analytical, evaluative and problem solving skills
