Engro Fertilizers Limited is looking for Assistant Resourcing Officer
Candidate have worked/knowledge in following areas:
- Posting jobs on portals as and when required and maintaining a database on daily basis of candidates tested & scheduled for interviews
- Responsible for preparing offers, internal comparison & arranging company orientation of new joiners & on boarding activities
- Coordination with vendors (background reference check, exit interviews, headhunters)
- Maintains database & hierarchy in SAP.
- Provides monthly manning and attrition reports
- Maintaining rapport with headhunters, document verification agency and universities Assist in day to day operations related to resourcing.
Note: Candidate should be familiar with SAP HR Module
Qualification: BBA/MBA. Relevant Experience min 2 to 5 years.
Location: Head office – Karachi.
