Position Title: Senior Sales Executive – Jaffer Hilti Division
Experience: 3 – 4 years’ experience of sales preferably in Industrial Tools segment.
Qualification: Bachelors in Engineering preferably with MBA from reputable HEC recognized University.
Job Purpose: Senior Sales Executive is responsible for direct sales of products and services to both existing and potential customers, performing sales coordination role for products in the assigned territory and providing most innovative and cost-efficient solutions to the customers.
- Responsible for sales of HILTI products and services to the existing customers and also increase sales by onboarding new customers.
- Carrying out market research, market analysis, price comparisons and the competitor’s practices in market.
- Responsible for sales forecasting, sales planning, order forecasting.
- Ensure 100% KPI achievement which includes monthly sales, new customer activation, receivables, demos and product shows/demonstrations.
- Analyzing the results (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) of the customers in terms of turnover, frequency, average buying in order to propose the action plan to improve the situation.
- Maintaining close coordination with internal stakeholders in order to maintain smooth delivery of products to the customers.
- Responsible for 100% collection of territory receivables.
- Maintain and develop project data base and achieve penetration targets.
- Timely reporting to sales manager on daily call plan / report, weekly/monthly business plan.
- Excellent track record of exceeding the sales targets and achieving YoY growth.
- Excellent customer management skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter and self-motivated
- Possesses effective communication skills
