Position: Area Manager – High Efficiency Irrigation System for Rawalpindi/Jhelum
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years with exposure to HEIS Industry
Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation (B.E or B.Sc. / M.Sc. Agriculture Engineering – preferably rural background)
Responsibilities :
- Defines the critical geographical areas and area specific crops susceptible to generate first movers
- Develop a skilled technical team to have the capability to execute HEIS Projects at District level and giving appropriate training & supervision accordingly to the Execution Team, Sales Team & Farmers.
- In addition to making liaisons with Concerned Govt. and Consultant bodies to ensure that the guided procedures are properly carried out for recoveries purposes from Govt. to Company.
- The incumbent will also help their area Agronomical team for the ultimate benefit of the farmer at field level w.r.t his crop yield.
- Defines and understands customer segments and identifies innovation possibilities and diversification opportunities
