Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a driven Assistant Manager – Modern Trade to support channel strategy execution, enhance in-store performance, and strengthen trade marketing effectiveness through data-driven insights and strong cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and rollout of channel strategies and annual plans.
Analyze channel-wise sales performance, distribution, pricing, and promotions.
Coordinate with Sales teams to improve coverage, productivity, and execution KPIs.
Support channel-specific initiatives including assortment, visibility, schemes, and activations.
Track channel budgets, trade spends, and promotion effectiveness.
Monitor market execution, compliance, and competitive activity across channels.
Assist in forecasting, demand planning inputs, and stock health management.
Prepare channel performance dashboards, insights, and review presentations.
Ensure effective in-store execution channel standards, including accurate implementation of pricing and trade schemes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
2–4 years of experience in FMCG sales, channel management, or trade marketing
Hands-on exposure to GT, MT, wholesale, or e-commerce channel operations
Strong understanding of FMCG channels and route-to-market models
Strong capability in channel analytics, performance tracking, and insight generation
Working knowledge of pricing, promotions, and trade spend management
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with sound commercial acumen
