Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for Managing Field force, Sales Volume, Distribution handling
- Ensure that the sales/marketing plans are executed and put into action to achieve commercial and distribution goals
- Prepare and control the budgets to ensure maximum cost effectiveness
- Ensure that primary and secondary sales are aligned with the actual sale’s potential of the station/territory/area
Requirements:
Preferably Masters from HEC recognized university
At least 5 years of work experience preferably in an FMCG / Food Manufacturing company
