We are looking for experienced Digital Media Sales Professionals to join our growing team.

As a Digital Media Sales professional, you will be responsible for selling company’s digital marketing and advertising solutions to local businesses across the country. You will participate in revenue generating sales activities including prospecting, new business development, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Aggressively prospect, develop, and close leads using a variety of sources.
Work directly with businesses to discuss and understand their needs and then develop customized solutions to drive leads to their business.
Own entire sales process from prospecting to completion of the sale
Ability to utilize technology to engage clients.
Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.

Requirements:

Bachelors’ degree in Marketing/Advertising/General Management
4-5 years of experience in outdoor sales
Experience in selling digital display
Experience in advertising media sales
Strong presentation and in-person sales skills and a proven record of accomplishment in building and sustaining client/agency relationships
Knowledge of local/national digital media market and the ability to respond effectively to market direction, client needs and competition
Deep relationships with local advertising agencies/clients
A strong business development focus, willing to self-start and prospect to uncover new business

Currently looking to recruit a highly competent and experienced lead interior designer/interior architect to play a key part in the success of the company’s innovative projects and collaborations. The role is client-facing, challenging and will therefore require someone with excellent design and presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects.
Maintain / organize project files, schedules and specifications.
Site survey / measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same.
Work with the entire team, in office and with outside consultants/architects.
Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Requirements:

At least 5-7 years of experience.
Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, fast paced team player.
Strong technical and practical CAD skills with an understanding of architectural conventions, including floor plans, elevations, sections.
Experience and interest in traditional and modern detailing.
Job site experience including working with architects, builders and landscape architects, measuring and producing as-built documents.
