Organization: International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK)
International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for “𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀” in Production Operations who will be responsible for:
- To execute daily production plan as shared by the Shift In-charge
- To set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) before starting the production cycle.
- Check abnormal noise/temperature/leakage/vibration in the machine.
- Spindle change/unloading and tagging of Mill Roll.
- Ensure the Quality of product by visually inspecting defects like lines, scratches and spots
- Maintain Screen changing schedule and cleaning of screens on time.
- Main Filter change and Cleaning of main filter parts and record keeping of filter checklist
- Trim blades inspection and changing as per requirement.
- Maintain cleaning of assigned areas of and filling respective checklist
- Provide the sample of mill roll to RD&C laboratory during grade change or plant start-up or when mill roll is changed.
- Ensure taking out of material from hoppers during grade change.
- Check oil/water pressure and temperature at different locations in film line.
- To do threading from cast to winder and operating all machines.
- Cleaning of machine parts during stoppage.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Qualification: DAE (Electrical/Mechanical)
- Experience: 0-3 Years
- Candidates must be willing to work in shifts
- Must be willing to work in the challenging environment
Pick & Drop Facility (on specific routes) will be provided
