We are seeking a highly organized and motivated professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Warehouse (Raw Material & Finished Goods Store). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong leadership skills and warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Position Details:

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Warehouse (Raw Material & Finished Goods Store)
Location: Indus Pencil Factory Site Karachi. (Position based at Karachi)
Department: Warehouse/Logistics
Reports To: Head of Supply Chain
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Raw Material and Finished Goods warehouse.
Ensure accurate inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize warehouse efficiency.
Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and maintain stock accuracy.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Sales teams to meet operational demands.
Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and company policies.
Generate and analyze warehouse reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Master degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics.
Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Familiarity with safety standards and compliance regulations.
