Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and technical teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within timelines.
Ensure quality control and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Manage site manpower, material utilization, and reporting.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and operational standards.
Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions during project execution.
Coordinate with design and project teams regarding site requirements and updates.
