Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the Faletti’s hotels.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase the hotel’s revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Qualification:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required, Master’s will be preferred.

Experience:

• 6 (six) years of experience in managing the sales function of renowned organization(s) from the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
• Prepare financial statements, P&L reports, and balance sheets
• Monitor and control restaurant expenses, including food and labor costs
• Handle tax filings, sales tax reports, and compliance with local financial regulations
• Work closely with management to develop budgets and financial forecasts
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
• Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and discrepancies

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

Experience:

• Previous experience in restaurant accounting or hospitality finance
• Proficiency in accounting software – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
