- Sells company product by establishing contact and developing relationships with agencies.
- Maintains relationships with agencies by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
- Meeting Monthly sales targets.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Taking and generating orders from the agencies by visiting them regularly and managing recoveries and backup in the market
- Maintaining relationships with the existing agencies and increase order volumes
- Generation of Daily Sales Report and submitting it to Sales Manager.
- Discovers target markets and advantages of other companies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Position: Graphic Designer (Male)

JOB DESCRIOTION:
- Prior experience of designing printing material, catalogs, broachers, flex, billboards, standees etc.
- Design and execute graphic concepts to meet product or campaign visions
- Provide creative direction and oversight on digital, print and video graphic projects
- Willingness to own designs from initial concept creation to final sign-off
- Design for a wide variety of mediums including email, online banner ads, social media graphics and ads, lifestyle images, printed sales collateral, in office patient collateral, direct mail campaigns and more.
- Ability to carry sales or marketing concepts across multiple pieces as part of a complete campaign
- Interface frequently with the sales and marketing managers to constantly evaluate the quality and impact of past, present and future collateral
- Work closely with the entire marketing team to provide photo and graphic outputs for a wide range of projects
- Consistently deliver fresh ideas and concepts to keep the brand current and dynamic
- Update and maintain marketing, and sales collateral to ensure brand consistency
- Creative problem solver: be able to define challenges, collect relevant information, draw insightful conclusions and develop marketing and graphic concepts to address the challenge
- Be a leader and provide design guidance to peers and developing designers
- Stay up to date with latest trends to keep the company in the forefront of design.
Requirements:
- Proven history and portfolio of digital, social media and print collateral
- Able to prioritize many tasks and deadlines with multiple departments
- Positive attitude and ability to withstand feedback
- Strong communicator
- Are passionate about branding and graphic storytelling to creating compelling marketing campaigns
- Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Keen understanding of graphic / web design principles and current web technologies (HTML / CSS)
EXPERIENCE:
- IT background
- Worked for an IT company before
- Having both print and digital design sense
- 1-2 years print graphic and digital design experience
- Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs30,000.00 to Rs35,000.00 /month
