Key Responsibilities:

· Supervising finished goods and logistics warehouse.
· Receiving and storing inventory in accordance with cGMP and regulatory requirements, whilst maintaining company records.
· Segregating and storing products according to required conditions, as per cGMP.
· Managing and reporting inventories in SAP as per physically available stocks.
· Negotiating costs with vendors/carriers and providing solutions for bulk distributions.
· Managing warehouse requirements by scheduling and assigning workforce and following up on results.
· Controlling inventory levels via physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems.
· Recruitment and training of all warehouse staff.
· Managing dispatches of finished goods to distributors/customers on time, as per sales orders.
· Liaising with the export department for timely preparation and execution of consignments.
· Coordinating with planning and quality departments on dispatches.
