Position: AM – Maintenance & Projects
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and maintenance of mechanical systems related to utilities and project works. The role involves overseeing MEP mechanical installations, testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of critical systems including:
- HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Oil-free air compressors and steam boilers.
- Chilled water systems and effluent treatment plants.
- LPG plants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing mechanical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and method statements.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and safety requirements.
- Monitoring project schedules, progress, and cost control for mechanical activities.
- Supporting troubleshooting and optimization of utility systems.
- Preparing technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: BSc/MSc Engineering – Mechanical.
- Experience: 5-8 year(s) of relevant experience in utilities maintenance and project execution.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical utility systems maintenance; experience in project management, site execution, and commissioning.
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of project management tools is an advantage).
