Hopscotch Pakistan Jobs Area Sales Manager:
HOPSCOTCH® kids wear brand operating since 2014, and having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan is looking for an “Area Sales Manager – South Punjab Region” to join its retail team. The incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of sales targets, operational optimum levels, and expansion plans set by the management while striving to meet the annual business plan objectives and expectations.
Job Location: Multan, Pakistan
Traveling: Required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Bachelor from HEC recognized university.
- 5+ years of work experience in the fashion retail industry at least 2 years of working experience as an ASM.
- Must have hands-on experience in Retail Pro.
The ideal aspirant should be:
- Experience in running multi-store networks and expansions.
- Expert in retail business models, sales, customer service, retail store operations, economics, and strategies.
- Understanding of Pakistan’s retail landscape, demographics, geographies, locations, and Retail KPIs.
- Strong execution, negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Expertise in process management, problem-solving, and running a strong data-driven team.
