POSITION: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
POSITION DESCRIPTION Provide full range of personal assistance to Director HG. Makes travel arrangements for overseas and local trips. Prepares complete export documentation including personal invoices, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, fumigation and other beneficiary certificates
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum graduate with 2 -3 years of relevant experience.
