Qualification: MBA/Masters in Sales Management/Marketing
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in Retail Sales
Job Description:ย The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Launch of Fleet Cards project across Pakistan.
- Growth and development of both Inbound & Outbound sales operations across New and Existing businesses working in line with Company expectations and budgetary requirements.
- Overseeing the entire end to end operations of the business and ensuring that all sales and administration is carried out by the teams efficiently and accurately.
- Short and long term planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies for retail and fuel customer loyalty programs.
- Executing short and long-term strategic marketing plans and programs for fleet cards.
- Preparing and managing a marketing operation budget including advertising and promotional activities, development and production of promotional materials.
This position requires extensive travel across the country.
