JOB TITLE: Office Assistant/Admin Officer
LOCATION: Head Office – Karachi
EXPERIENCE: minimum 3 years
1. Manage assigned tasks, ensure that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
2. Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate.
3. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
4. Assist in making arrangements in coordination with HR Admininstration
5. Organize and schedule appointments
6. Maintain appropriate filing records
7. Submit and reconcile expense reports
8. Greet visitors and provide them general support
9. Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
10. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the concerned
11. Setting up meetings and taking notes during them
12. Ensure office equipment is operational, complete preventive maintenance requirements, call for repairs as needed.
13. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
14. Proficient in MS Office
