Fleet Workshop Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that established preventive maintenance, repair and overhaul procedures are followed by department personnel.
- Expertise in maintenance and supervision of forklift trucks and reach trucks.
- Schedule work to be performed and completed by maintenance technicians (mechanics and electrician staff).
- Inspect work in progress to assure conformance with established maintenance, repair and overhaul procedures. Follow up to expedite work completion. Create work procedures for maintenance activities when necessary.
- Schedule work to be performed by vendors (outsourced) including recalls, warranty and repairs.
- Establish effective communications with user departments requiring automotive service.
- Expertise in handling SAP system, MS Excel and PowerPoint to manage data, track maintenance, and present performance insights efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- DAE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5-7 years experience in Beverages/FMCG.
