Position Available : Senior Assistant Brand Manager
Description
- Responsible for smooth execution of managing marketing operations , developing brand communication, run trade plans and do strategic planning in coordination with MM effectively of the assigned brand.
- Responsible for conducting market visit , surveys, evaluate the market potential, competition move , discuss with MM and devise strategies accordingly.
- Responsible for creating brand awareness, generating trials, engaging the targeted audience ultimately offering support in achieving the annually planned sales numbers.
- Responsible for successfully executing the planned BTL activities.
- Responsible for assisting in initiating E-branding and strengthening the presence of the brand on all the social mediums.
- Responsible for keeping track of the target Vs. achievement of the assigned brand, speak to sales team and discuss strategies that can help in boosting sales.
- Responsible for ensuring flawless printing of the packaging material, ensuring standards are maintained and deliveries are made as per the standards.
- Responsible for analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and create reports showing deliverables Vs. targets.
- Responsible for ensuring placement of the product on LMTs and GT as per the planogram and the contract .
- Responsible for executing successful consumer engagement programs on LMTs and IMTs.
- Responsible for handling brand ambassador program nationwide, prepare monthly reports and share with MM and MD.
- Responsible for ensuring the availability of the product by coordinating with the assigned department.
- Responsible for preparing and presenting report on the performance of assigned brand.
- Any other assignments provided by line manager and or HOD.
Education: MBA in Marketing from a reputable institution.
Requirements :
- At least 2-5 years of experience in FMCG sector.
- Proven experience in product pricing and positioning.
- Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
