Education: Degree in Accountancy or ICMA/ACCA/CIMA Partly /Fully Qualified+ exposure to Supply chain
Experience: + 3 years of relevant experience. Minimum 1.5 years in a Cost and Inventory Control role in F&B or Hospitality industry.
Knowledge of club accounting software, Data Analysis, ERP, and PoS (Micros)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the F&B dpt on operational, inventory and cost related matters
- Establish and implement cost control system
- Achieve budget objectives
- Evaluate standard recipe, determine theoretical cost & selling price, provide recommendations on cost control
- Protect assets by enforcing internal controls
- Prepare monthly food and beverage reports
- Supervise stock taking process and investigate and inventory discrepancies
- Ensure record keeping of inventories, track & audit all inventory processes
- Oversee preparation of all reports relating to costing, ensure costs are allocated correctly to each business unit
- Verify daily outlet void control sheets, control daily complimentary, FOC & business recovery transactions
