We are Hiring ! ‘HR EXECUTIVE/RECRUITER’
OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting from establishing the job opening through closing the candidate, on-boarding new hires and managing/coordinating critical HR activities including compensation, performance reviews and HR files.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BBA and/or MBA with Majors in HR.
- 2 years of experience in Software Industry Recruitment in Local Market
- Should have experience recruiting software developers (Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior) for various technologies.
- Should have great deal of connections OR candidate pool from the Local market/LinkedIn
- Ambitious and ready to take recruitment challenges.
SKILLS: Excellent communication skills, Team-building skills and Interpersonal skills
LOCATION: Lahore
