Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for travel and a proven track record in sales and operations? We are looking for a Manager Sales & Operations to lead our team and drive business growth for our travel and tourism company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Manage and motivate the sales and operations teams to achieve excellence.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports and analyze key performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
• 8 – 10 years of experience in sales and operations preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
