Job Objective:

-Posting SAP vouchers and maintaining proper documentation and filing systems.
-Handling Letter of Credit (LC) openings and managing import contract openings.
-Overseeing the acceptance of LCs/contracts and ensuring timely processing.
-Handling communication and coordination with banks for various treasury-related matters.
-Preparing and processing RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement), Funds Transfer and Custom Payments.
-Managing bank position and cash flow reports to ensure optimal liquidity.
-Performing markup work and ensuring accurate calculations for financial reporting.
-Preparing and maintaining Financing Documents.

Requirements:

B.com/ MBA
1-2 years’ experience of relevant field

Gas & Oil Pakistan Ltd is looking for Executive Accounts – Receivable for Sahiwal Location.

Job Objective:

Posting of receipts of Sahiwal banks in night Shift as per RD Sheet.
Intimation of Incorrect/CF Payments/Duplicate payments to Sahiwal office for adjustment or reversal from OF ledgers.
Transfer of payments received in bank accounts to unknown ledger which are not verified.
Tracing of Unknown payments by contacting Bank Branches for getting depositor contact detail and verification from Zone Managers and recovery staff.
Closing of concern banks to ensure that all receipts are posted. Intimation of pending payments of loans/GO Cards/transfers entries.
Response to Concern banks BRS and adjustments according to BRS.
Posting of PDC’s at quarter closing. Preparation of clearance detail and reconciliation with Sahiwal team to confirm amount is agreed in both accounts.
Booking of Credit cards payments in SAP and intimation to Sahiwal office for same posting into their accounts.
