Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 3–5 years in office management
- Mandatory Skills: Multitasking, time management, MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a comprehensive range of Admin & HR tasks for the Corporate Sales Office
- Scheduling meetings, recording minutes, and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Maintaining documentation and managing office expenses
- Actively participating in hiring and separation processes
- Attendance management and providing day-to-day administrative and HR support
