Faysal Bank Jobs October 2017: Faysal Bank is looking for ambitious individuals for the challenging opportunity of Manager Compliance Monitoring and Advisory.
A mid-tier level position where the ideal candidate will provide support to Head Business Compliance in identifying key compliance and regulatory risks in Retail, Corporate / Commercial and Trade segment. He / She will ensure that the Compliance function meets the agreed Annual Plan deliverables including but not limited to developing, supervising and managing Annual Monitoring plans, identifying and mitigating risks and controls in Business with changing regulatory environment and providing Compliance advisory on products and marketing initiatives.
The candidate should be minimum Masters in Business Administration with at least 7-8 years of Compliance experience with sound understanding of Branch Banking, CAD, Trade, Corporate and Commercial Banking. JAIBP will be an added advantage. Exceptional communication skills with knowledge of SBP regulations and Companies Ordinance 1984.

Faysal Bank is looking for ambitious individuals for the position of Compliance Officers. The role revolves around supporting Manager Compliance and Advisory in advising effective controls as per regulatory guidelines, provide compliance advisory for product programs, marketing initiatives etc.
The candidate should be graduate preferably in Business Administration with at least 2-3 years of Compliance experience with sound understanding of banking functions. Must be familiar with SBP and SECP regulations and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal
skills.
Should be proactive and able to work under deadlines with less
supervision.
