Job Role:

• Incoming raw and packaging materials inspection and testing, finished goods testing, laboratory consumables (chemicals, glassware and equipment) management and good laboratory practices
• Dairy product life cycle, good manufacturing practices and hygiene concepts, HACCP concepts, laboratory budget management
• Quality and food safety audits, legal & statutory (Federal & Provincial) compliance management, supplier quality management
• Food safety management system concepts, quality control checks, quality control processes, allergen management
• Calibration and verification of lab equipments, chemical contaminants management, proficient in SAP QM and PP Modules
• Should have very good knowledge of TQM concepts
