Job Title: Accounts Officer – Receivable

Qualification: ACCA / CA Inter / ACMA Finalist
Job Status: One Year Contract (Leading to job)
Main Responsibilities:
- Management of daily processing, reconciliation and reporting of sales data
- Management of daily preparation, reconciliation and reporting of collection data
- Coordination with Sales Operations and management for verification of sales teams and regions’ expenses
- Management of credit extended to external parties and periodic review of debtors and customer advances
- Developing credit management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
- Contributing towards company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems & analyze pricing, sales results and actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
- Facilitation during internal & external audit activities
