The ideal candidate should have:





Done ACCA / CMA / CA โ€“ Finalist / or Equivalent
5 to 7 years of post-Qualification experience.
4 yearsโ€™ experience reporting to senior management in a Listed manufacturing concern/ FMCG.
Expertise in SAP (FICO) Module is highly desirable.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Management of disbursement activity

To ensure that payments are processed in accordance with company policies, SOPs and in line with Tax laws (Federal / Provincial) & Accounting standards (IAS / IFRS).
Funds / Bank Management

Effective Funds Management as per guidelines of Cash Flow Management strategies.
Bank Reconciliations.
Coordinator for visit of bank personnel & data compilation for various banks and lenders.
Tax Management

Withholding Tax reporting and ensure timely tax payment in Govt treasury as per tax laws.
Quarterly advance tax reporting along with supporting documents.
Filing of monthly general & provincial sales tax returns as per prescribed format.
Support Tax section in preparation, submit and filing of response related to Tax Notices / Audits.
Month End closing activities

Supervise month end closing activities related to plant site in coordination with FR Section and other departments.
Other activities

Supervise fixed assets capitalization, retirement, transfer, & deprecation run in SAP.
Liaise with external & internal Auditors & ensure timely audit completion.
Participation in various committees as Finance Representative.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Updated with IFRS, Company Laws, Taxation and Corporate Governance.
  • Well versed with Payables, disbursement & Taxation Management.
  • Attention to detail & accuracy with compliance to SOPs and internal controls.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor and/or Masterโ€™s degree (16 years) in Computer Science /Computer Engineering / Information Technology from HEC recognized university (essential)
  • Technical certifications with respect to Email and Services Desk Systems infrastructure, Microsoft, Domino, Services Management (desirable)
  • Excellent customer services skills and understanding
  • Hands-on experience in HCL Domino, MS Exchange/ Office 365, Email security and ITSM solutions including implementation and administration.
  • 06 to 08 years of hands-on experience in Information & Communication Technology to manage ICT Email and Services Desk systems infrastructure in a reputable organization.
  • Successful track record of managing projects (at least 3 Email and Services Desk systems Infrastructure projects)
  • Demonstrated experience of managing day-to-day ICT Email and Services Desk systems Infrastructure / Projects / Operations and Support through the delivery of services as per business requirements

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Enterprise Email & Services Desk Infrastructure:

  • Plan, develop, implement, and manage a roadmap and specific integration solutions to facilitate integration of various ICT Email & Services Desk systems infrastructure components and optimize inter-operability.
  • Design, plan, implement and manage Email & Services Desk systems infrastructure solutions, products and services through technology innovation, experimentation, and collaboration.
  • Evaluate and optimize Email & Services Desk systems infrastructure performance against user and business requirements.
  • Operational management & configuration of enterprise Email & Services Desk systems having cloud and on-premises solutions.

ICT Email & Services Desk Systems Infrastructure Projects:

  • Responsible for achieving optimal results, conforming to standards for quality, safety and sustainability and complying with defined scope, performance, costs, and schedule.
  • Organize, coordinate, and lead the project team.
  • Designing, planning, implementation & operational management of ICT Email & Services Desk systems infrastructure projects within FFBL & subsidiaries

ICT Email & Services Desk Infrastructure Availability Management:

  • Analyses service and component availability, reliability, maintainability, and serviceability with respect to ICT Email & Services Desk systems infrastructure
  • Contributes to the availability management process and its operation. Performs defined availability management tasks.
  • Ensures that services and components meet and continue to meet all of their agreed performance targets and service levels.

ICT Email & Services Desk Infrastructure Service Level Agreements (SLAs):

  • Define SLAs requirements.
  • Negotiate SLAs
  • Operational management of ICT Email & Services Desk systems infrastructure SLAs

ICT Email & Services Desk Infrastructure Technical Documentation and Budgeting:

  • Operational management of Email & Services Desk systems infrastructure recovery procedures and technical documentation.
  • Provides on-the-job technical training to the team.
  • Analysis, planning and management of Email & Services Desk systems infrastructure level budgeting.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical skills including risk analysis and control assessment, coupled with ability to identify problems & suggesting solution.
  • Monitors and maintains the companyโ€™s network email system; performs quality and spot checks of system performance.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves usersโ€™ problems with and related to email systems.
  • Collaborates with senior management regarding requested improvements and expansions to existing system.
  • Drafts policies and documents related to the acceptable use and standards of the system.
  • Develops and maintains the companyโ€™s email protocol, which may include a business-use only policy to maximize professional business usage and efficiency.
  • Collaborates with human resources department to develop guidelines for protection of employee privacy; ensures guidelines are consistent with companyโ€™s business and security needs.
  • Prepares training materials, or delivers training, on acceptable use of the systems.
  • Recommends message retention and archive destruction timeframes.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge, configuration, management, upgradation & troubleshooting of Email and Services Desk systems.
  • Provide Hardware and Software support both locally and remotely for all Ogier Jurisdictions and escalating appropriately.
  • Be the first point of contact for all support or service calls on a daily or weekly basis.
  • Complete Daily Operations and manage all calls in accordance with the service desk process and procedures.
  • Provide support and set up for presentations, video conferencing and telephone conferencing both on and off site.
  • Ensure that the Technical Support Team Manager is notified of any on-going faults and training-related support calls across all jurisdictions.
  • Liaise with the wider Support Team regarding outstanding calls and managing customer expectations.
  • Provide good customer service at all times striving to exceed client and business expectations.
  • As Senior Analyst, provide day-to-day supervision of team members, ensuring work is allocated and completed effectively and to the required standards.
  • Knowledge, configuration, management, upgradation & troubleshooting of Microsoft/ Linux operating systems, and application software.

ICT Systems Infrastructure Technical Documentation and Budgeting:

  • Operational management of systems infrastructure recovery procedures and technical documentation.

Position: Associate Engineer โ€“ IV ~ Associate Engineer โ€“ III (Machinery)

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Done Diploma of Associate Engineering (Mechanical), preference will be given to persons with additional certifications.
  • Successful track record of working with large fertilizer / petrochemicals organizations within the country or internationally in the field of Maintenance of Rotating Equipment.
  • Good knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and best industrial practices.
  • Solid understanding of safety and quality programs in a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 02 โ€“ 08 yearsโ€™ experience in the maintenance field, with experience of working in fertilizer, petrochemical, oil and gas industry or similar environments.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Safety / Housekeeping

  • Ensures compliance with FFBL work permit procedure and PSM elements during job execution.
  • Participate in weekly fire drills, bi-annual ammonia release drills and annual building evacuation drill.
  • Conducts weekly D-level talks on plant and environmental safety.

Technical

  • Execution of maintenance jobs with quality and safety as per daily job plan or as per plant day to day requirement.
  • Establish material requirement and communicates same to Area Engineer.
  • Prepare execution plan of assigned jobs & get approval after discussion with area engineer on the method and procedures for safe execution.
  • Carry out inspection of lots in warehouse and update results to area Engineer.
  • Monthly inspection of his permanent tool box and install checklist.
  • Study of drawings, manuals, mechanical packages, work instructions & procedures to ensure jobs are executed with quality.
  • Administrative
  • Maintain good communication with staff / COS employees concerning various administrative, technical matters and updates Area Engineer accordingly.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Knowledge / Hands on experience of maintenance of rotating equipment like Gas turbines, Steam Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, Centrifugal Pumps, PD pumps, Gearboxes, Rotary Drums, Conveyor belts, Screens, Elevators, Scaffolding, Painting, Materials, Insulations etc.
  • Awareness of different materials types and measuring tools.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety, health & environment standards.
  • Capable of identifying safety related issues.
  • Good communication skills.
