Qualification: MSC in Computer Science with related professional certifications such as CISSP, CHFI, CISM or PMP

EY Ford Rhodes is looking for a Manager – Resource Planning and Utilization to join its Core Business Services Department in Karachi. The role would involve proactive liaison with Service Line Leaders and SL partners, directors and managers to understand client requirements and the wider needs of the business, to facilitate effective resourcing decisions, provide analysis and commentary on backlog, projected pipeline, utilization and forward bookings, non-chargeable activities and availability levels and weekly plan vs actual time variances. Facilitate implementation of follow-up actions, when required. Proactive management of staff booking planners to ensure it is kept up to date and accurate, at all times.

Requirements:

Qualification: A bachelor’s degree (project management, business management, or equivalent)
Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience
Competencies

Familiarity with management consulting operations is an advantage
Strong business acumen and financial awareness
Good understanding of professional services firm, ideally having worked in this environment already
